- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 small tortillas (flour or corn)
- 1 cup red cabbage, sliced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces, season with salt, pepper, and extra cayenne if desired.
